Chess Defense

Be the board game to rule them all.

Chess Defense is a modern spin on the classic Chess versus Checkers rivalry. In this solo game, you will harness the powers of your army to defend against an incoming invasion of wily Checker pieces with the assistance of haywire robots and doom-bearing dragons. It is up to you as the King, to stymie the invasion with your army, or launch an attack on your own with your trusted slingshot.

GAMEPLAY

• The King (AKA the player) starts with $100
• The King has 5 seconds of time to place pieces on the board
• Once timer runs out, waves of enemies attack in a singular lane
• As you earn money, you can upgrade your defense
• The player has a Slingshot with a 10 second cooldown
  • Slingshot can be charged up and shot to deal damage to enemies
• Survive wave after wave of enemies until you can no longer stand on your own!
  • Avoid letting the King get hit—once you lose all your HP, the game ends!

Controls

• Mouse Left-Click to select icons and place Towers
• A & D to move Slingshot
